Returns and Refunds

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products, contact AXOR customer service at 0429 763476, or send an email to the email address [email protected], or send a communication by registered letter with return receipt, specifying that they wish to use the right of withdrawal to:

Once the product has returned, AXOR S.R.L. will re-credit the amount within 30 days of receipt, after verifying the integrity of the goods. The re-credit will be made to the respective credit card, debit card, prepaid card or PayPal account.

The goods must be returned undamaged and functional, complete with all its components and in the original and undamaged packaging (envelopes and packages), stored and possibly used according to normal diligence, in total absence of wear and tear or dirt.

The right of withdrawal is subject to these conditions:
– applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on fraction of the purchased product;
– the purchased goods must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any ancillary documentation ); it is to be avoided in any case the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product;
– shipping and the integrity of the product, until receipt in our warehouse, is the full responsibility of the Customer;
– upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess damages, tampering and lack of parts of the same not resulting from transport. If the packaging and / or packaging are damaged, AXOR S.R.L. may withhold from the refund due a percentage, not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.

The right of withdrawal lapses in its entirety, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good, in cases where AXOR S.R.L. ascertains:
– the unconventional use of the good that has caused the wear and tear and ruin of the good, or the use of any consumable materials;
– the lack of the outer packaging, the original inner packaging or part of it;
– the absence of integral elements originally attached to the product;
– the damage of the product for reasons other than its transport.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will be made available to the Customer for collection at His expense at the premises of AXOR S.R.L.
