We therefore inform you that the personal data provided, or otherwise acquired in compliance with current legislative provisions – relating to, connected and/or instrumental to existing relationships, may be subject to processing, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations.  

Personal data processing means their collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction.

The legal bases upon which we base the processing of the data provided to us are those provided for by Article 6 of the GDPR, and in particular:

7: Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Personal data present in requests (e.g., further information) is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the request made from time to time, and is communicated to third parties only if this is strictly necessary and functional to that purpose, in compliance with current legislation.

Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, for the processing carried out by AXOR S.R.L., recognize the following rights:

– Right of access, which consists of the possibility of requesting verification of the use of data and also a copy of the same.
– Right to rectification, which authorizes interested parties to request the correction of inaccurate personal data;
– Right to erasure in the event that the data no longer needs to be processed for the original reason for which it was collected;  
– Right to object to processing and the obligation to erase data resulting from a legal obligation or unlawful processing;  
– Right to restriction of processing;
– Right to data portability, which gives the user the right to obtain their data in a structured and commonly used and readable format for transmission to another data controller without hindrance from the previous one;  
– Right to object to data processing, profiling and direct marketing.

10: Cookies

What is it?
