Times may vary depending on the destination, when the order will be acquired, and the availability of the Product itself.<\/p>\n<p>In case of immediate availability of the goods, AXOR S.R.L will make the delivery to the Express Courier within 3 working days after receipt of the order. For information on shipping times and the status of your order, simply contact <a style=\"text-decoration:none; color:#A3D343;\" href=\"mailto:ordini@axor.net\">ordini@axor.net.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Domestic delivery time is normally 24-48 hours from delivery to the Courier (excluding holidays and pre-holidays). For hard-to-reach locations, the timeframe is extended to 3 working days from the time of entrustment to the Courier.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receipt of the product, the Customer must verify that the package is perfectly closed. Customers are urged NOT to pick up tampered packages. If the package is not intact or is damaged, the Customer must immediately report the complaints to the courier in writing detailing the reason for the reservation (damaged package, wet package &#8230;), otherwise the Product will be considered regularly delivered.<\/p>\n<p>If the customer is absent, the courier will leave a passing notice with instructions for redelivery within the next 48 hours.
