2 AQUA coffee machine softener filters

The AQUA filter is specially designed to soften water in home and office coffee machines equipped with water suction hose, preventing the formation of limescale and keeping the original taste of the coffee intact.
In fact, when the tap water is too hard, the high concentration of calcium and magnesium ions quickly causes limescale deposits and encrustations which alter the flavor of the coffee and, over time, risk clogging the pipes and causing the machine to malfunction.

The special ion exchange resins contained in the AQUA filters regulate the hardness of the water on optimal values, subtracting the substances responsible for the formation of limescale. The limestone thus settles much more slowly and reduces the frequency of descaling operations of the machine. In addition, the presence of silver ions prevents bacterial proliferation during rest periods, ensuring healthy and good coffee every day.

1. Remove the filter from the protective bag and check that the hole in the spout terminal is free.
2. Insert the filter into the water tank in a vertical position and connect the water intake hose to the filter spout.
3. Fill the tank with water, turn on the machine and, using the dispensing button, let it drain until it is perfectly transparent.

The life of the product depends on the hardness of the water to be treated:
